Own your identity,
your data, your
infrastructure.
Six independent apps for digital sovereignty — a censorship-resistant VPN, encrypted storage, an AI identity manager, a multi-identity browser, a self-custody wallet, and home-router control. You hold the keys; we hold nothing. No accounts, no phone number, no email, no logs we could ever be compelled to surrender.

Year XII
Six apps. One license.
One sixteen-word key.
Buy any app individually, or take the whole suite. Every app works alone — together, they form a complete private operating environment.
Censorship-resistant multi-hop VPN with traffic obfuscation. Hides your IP, your ISP, and the fact that you are using a VPN at all — built to keep working where ordinary VPNs are blocked.
- Obfuscated transport — survives deep-packet inspection and restrictive networks
- Multi-hop across independent jurisdictions — no single node sees both ends
- Kill-switch, split-tunnel, DNS-leak protection
Encrypted containers that mount as ordinary folders. AES-256-GCM containers that mount as normal folders — any app reads them while open, the bytes exist decrypted only in memory and only while in use.
- Mount-as-folder — every app sees plain files; nothing is written decrypted to disk
- Optional duress volume — a second password opens a believable decoy
- 16-word recovery, no account, no cloud
An AI that runs your digital identity — email first. You do not manage inboxes — you delegate identity hygiene to an AI agent that creates aliases for you, explains why each message reached you, and flags manipulation.
- Identity Autopilot — proposes a fresh alias at signup, rotates it after a breach
- “Why did I get this?” — traces each message back to the alias and service that leaked you
- Manipulation detection — names urgency pressure and scam patterns as you read
Many believable identities, one browser. A privacy browser built around persona continuity — separate, fingerprint-isolated identities that each stay consistent over time, so every one looks like a real, single person.
- Isolated personas — cookies, storage and fingerprint kept fully separate per identity
- Continuity engine — each persona evolves plausibly instead of looking freshly minted
- Anti-fingerprinting across browser, fonts, hardware and timezone
A financial OS — one balance, no seed phrase. One balance shown in your currency over stablecoins and chains; the wallet picks the asset, network and bridge for you — self-custody, no seed phrase, private by design.
- One balance — the wallet auto-routes payments across assets and chains
- No seed phrase — self-custody with social recovery
- Crypto debit card — spend your balance anywhere, in fiat
Networking for non-network engineers. Cloud orchestration for an OpenWrt home router — turns it into a gaming gateway, a family hub and a centrally-managed VPN router, with no command line.
- Gaming gateway — lower ping, geo-filters, QoS and split-tunnel
- Family hub — IoT isolation, parental control, network segmentation
- Managed VPN router — protect chosen devices, configured from the cloud
From payment to private,
in under five minutes.
No email confirmation. No identity check. No customer service that knows who you are. Buy, install, run.
Pay in crypto
BTC, ETH, USDT (TRC/ERC), or Monero. Or redeem an anonymous gift code bought by someone else. We never see who paid — only that payment cleared.
Receive a 16-word key
Generated on your device, shown once. This is your login for every app in the suite. We do not store it. We could not return it if we wanted to.
Install & sign in
Download from the public site or our Tor mirror. Open the app, enter the 16 words. Your VPN is ready — no email verification, no captchas, no SMS code.
One key for the whole suite
The VPN is live today. The same key will unlock the rest of the suite — CryptoVault, SplitMail, SHROUD, Router, and Wallet — as each one ships. License is per device-pair (e.g. desktop + phone) and transferable.
Auto-renew (or don't)
Renew with a new payment any time before expiry. No card on file. Lifetime tier exists if you want to never think about this again.
Lose the key, lose the account
Because we don't store it, we can't recover it. Print it. Engrave it. Memorise it. This is the trade for an account no court can subpoena.
Built so we cannot betray you
— even under duress.
The system is engineered against its own operators. We forfeit, by design, the technical ability to identify a customer or read their data. What cannot be known cannot be compelled.
Zero-knowledge architecture
Every encryption key is derived from your 16-word phrase on your device. Keys never leave the device, never touch our servers, and cannot be reconstructed without the phrase.
Authenticated, on-device encryption
XChaCha20-Poly1305 authenticated encryption. Every key is derived from your sixteen-word phrase on your own device and never leaves it — we hold nothing that could decrypt your data.
No identifying records
No email, phone, name, IP, billing address, or device ID is associated with any account. The payment graph is severed from the account graph by anonymous gift-code redemption.
Warrant canary & transparency
From first release, a signed warrant canary is published every full moon. If it disappears, assume the worst — but understand that even compelled, we have nothing useful to surrender.
If you keep no record, how do you know I paid?
Your payment is verified once against the blockchain, then the link between payment and account is deleted. We retain only a hash of the redeemed key, never the key itself, and never any identifying information about who paid.
What if I lose my 16-word key?
It is gone. We cannot recover what we never stored. This is the price of an account that cannot be subpoenaed, phished, or compelled out of us. Treat the key the way you'd treat a hardware-wallet seed — write it down, lock it up.
Is this legal where I live?
CHIMERA is privacy software. In most jurisdictions that is a legal product. In a small number of jurisdictions, encryption, VPNs, or non-custodial crypto are restricted. Check your local law. We do not advise.
Who builds CHIMERA?
A small, distributed team operating under the same anonymity guarantees we offer customers. There are no public founders, no corporate registry, and no headquarters. We answer only to the math.
Can I buy just one app?
Yes. Every app sells standalone (typically $4–$7/month). The full-suite plan saves significantly if you want three or more.
Stop being the product.
Own your digital life.
Five minutes from payment to a working VPN. One key across the whole suite. You own the keys, the data, and the infrastructure — nothing is in your name.
